Winter settles early on the Yellowstone Plateau. Roads close in early November to automobile traffic as snows accumulate and the Park readies for the winter season. In mid-December when the Park gates reopen for the winter season our snowcoach and cross-country ski tours to the interior of Yellowstone begin.
